Before you log in
Read the terms below. You have to accept them to use Lookout.
USE LOOKOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK
The developer takes no responsibility for your account, your server, your members or anything else of yours if something happens to it. Lookout comes with no guarantees of any kind.
1. Who can use Lookout
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and be old enough to have a Discord account. If you add Lookout to a server, you must have the right to do so, and you are responsible for how it is set up and used there.
2. Your responsibility
You decide what Lookout does on your server, including bans, kicks, auto-mod rules, giveaways, roles and who you give access to the dashboard. Check your settings and keep your own copies of anything important. You are responsible for your server, its members, your prizes and everything you or your team do with Lookout.
3. No guarantees
Lookout is free and provided "as is" and "as available". It may have bugs, stop working, change, lose data or disappear at any time, without notice. Nothing is promised about uptime, accuracy or whether auto-mod and verification will catch every scam, raid or harmful file. Don't rely on Lookout as your only protection.
4. No liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the Lookout developer is not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you, your account, your Discord server, your members, your data, your prizes, your money or anything else that is yours, whatever the cause. That includes hacked or deleted servers, wrong bans, lost messages, lost data, missed notifications and downtime. You use Lookout entirely at your own risk. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
5. Things you must not do
Don't use Lookout to break the law or Discord's rules, harass people, spam, attack or overload the service, try to reach data that isn't yours, or get around its security. Access can be removed at any time, with or without a reason.
6. Your data
Lookout keeps as little as it can and deletes it on a schedule. The Privacy page lists exactly what is stored, why and for how long, and you can delete your own data on the Support page.
7. Changes
These terms can change. When they do, you'll be asked to accept them again the next time you log in. If you don't agree, stop using Lookout and remove it from your server.
